Are your products really handmade?

Yes. Every piece is handmade in Ukraine using natural materials such as linen, cotton and lace, rooted in Ukrainian folk traditions.

How do I care for linen and embroidered items?

Machine wash cool (up to 30°C) or hand wash, separately or with similar colours. Avoid soaking. Iron on low heat while slightly damp if needed.

How do I choose my size?

Each apparel listing includes a full size chart in both inches and centimetres. If you’re between sizes or need a custom fit, email us before ordering.

How long will my order take?

Ready items ship in 1–3 business days; international delivery is usually 10–21 business days. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

Will I pay customs fees?

Orders outside Ukraine may incur import duties set by your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

Can I order a custom or personalised piece?
