We are happy to serve you in our store. We do our best to make sure that every order is processed as quickly as possible and shipped within the shortest time frame after the order was placed. However, once we ship it we cannot affect the delivery time that may depend on various factors like holiday season and postal service internal processing. Please learn few notes below to better understand our shipping policy:
* * * We accept PayPal methods of payment through the Etsy. However, if you do not have PayPal account or want to pay your order by card, please contact us for a personal payment link.
* * * All orders are shipped with Ukrainian post that transfers them to local government post of buyer's country for delivery (i.e. USPS for the United States, etc.). Orders include tracking numbers.
* * * We ship to the address Etsy provides us, so please confirm your address before placing your order.
* * * Flaxsi is not responsible for any delays or lost items in the mail.
* * * Once it is sent, the post office has FULL control of the package. Please use the tracking number we have given you. Please monitor your parcel with the tracking number once is on its way to you. We cannot affect tracking information updates as it relays on the postal company.
* * * Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.
IMPORTANT: Flaxsi cannot be held responsible for delayed shipping time due to each individual country’s Customs policies.
We accept returns or exchanges, but we are not responsible for any shipping cost. Customers are responsible for return postage. And there will be non-refundable 15% of the original price of a product. Cancellations due to processing times are not available. If you wish to cancel the transaction (before the order was made and sent), please, note that there is non-refundable 10%.
